Bianca Lager has built a successful career leading and growing organizations based in large part to her ability to ask great questions, speak with candor, and identify talented people with whom to collaborate. It’s from this foundation that Bianca helps leaders navigate organizational, industry, and societal changes to move their organizations towards their vision.

Having spent segments of her career at SaaS companies and separately in event management, Bianca then completed her MBA and went on to spend 7 years as President and CEO of Social Intelligence, taking the company through a successful exit in 2023. Having coached both established and emerging leaders for several years, Bianca expanded her coaching and consulting practice full-time in 2023.

As a proponent of organizational health and employee well being, Bianca’s executive leadership focuses not only on helping leaders build high performance teams, but she also seeks to help clarify personal values and implement practices that create authentically enjoyable cultures.
